Summit Comfort Co. is a family-run HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shop based in Denver. We are the people you call when the furnace quits or the basement floods, and the people you trust to do it right, fairly, and without the runaround.
The story, in a sentence.
Ray Delgado started Summit Comfort Co. with one van, a toolbox, and a simple rule: treat every home like it was his mother's. He had spent years working for bigger outfits where the four-hour window, the surprise upsell, and the "call back Monday" were just how it was done, and he was sure homeowners deserved better than that.
So Summit Comfort was built around the things that actually matter on a bad day. A real person answers the phone, day or night. A licensed, insured technician shows up inside a tight window and texts you before they roll up. You hear the flat-rate price and approve it before any work starts. And the same crew that fixes it today is the one you can ask for by name next time.
We are not the biggest shop in Denver, and we are not trying to be. We are the one your neighbors keep recommending.

Our shop sits at 4820 Peoria Street, Unit C, Denver, CO 80239, and our trucks run Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Centennial, and the surrounding suburbs every day. We are a licensed and insured contractor with NATE-certified HVAC technicians, and we pull permits and inspect to code on every job that calls for it.
